We are looking for SAP Project Manager, who wants to learn and transform his career.
In this role you will: (responsibilities):
* Lead and manage end‐to‐end SAP projects, from initiation through closure, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget
* Act as the primary point of contact for the client and senior stakeholders
* Define and maintain project plans, milestones, dependencies, and resource allocation
* Manage risks, issues, and change requests, ensuring timely escalation and resolution
* Coordinate activities across functional, technical, AMS, and vendor teams
* Ensure adherence to project governance, quality standards, and delivery methodologies
* Monitor and report project status, KPIs, and financials to senior management
* Support transition activities between project and AMS when applicable
* Drive continuous improvement, lessons learned, and best practices
* Ensure strong stakeholder communication and alignment across regions
Mandatory Skills
* English language proficiency advanced or fluent.
* Experience in SAP Project Management, with proven delivery of complex SAP initiatives
* Strong experience managing SAP ECC and/or S/4HANA projects, including implementations, rollouts, migrations, or major enhancements
* Solid knowledge of SAP landscapes and modules (e.G., FI, CO, MM, SD, HCM, Basis, Security)
* Proven experience working with global stakeholders and cross‐functional teams
* Strong knowledge of project governance, risk management, scope, budget, and timeline control
* Experience with AMS and/or run & change environments
* Excellent communication skills in English (fluent), both written and verbal
* Strong leadership, decision‐making, and escalation management capabilities
Desirable Skills
* Experience managing SAP programs or multi‐project portfolios
* Exposure to Siemens / Siemens Energy or industrial clients
* Knowledge of Agile, Hybrid, or SAFe frameworks, in addition to Waterfall
* Experience with tooling such as Jira, ServiceNow, MS Project, or similar
* PMP, PRINCE2, or SAP Project Management certifications
* Experience working with offshore / nearshore delivery models
