Job DescriptionAbout this role:We are seeking a skilled professional to develop tailored Salesforce solutions for our business.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science or engineering and experience with Salesforce development, including Visualforce pages and Apex code.Bachelor's degree in computer science or engineering.4+ years of Salesforce experience with solid application development knowledge.At least 3 years of experience developing classes and triggers with Apex.Experience working with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Field Services.Certified Salesforce Platform Developer I.Additional certifications such as Certified Administrator and Certified JavaScript Developer are beneficial.Proficient at designing custom objects, fields, picklists, page layouts, workflow, approval processes and validation rules according to application requirements.Able to communicate effectively with customers and provide consultation on Salesforce solutions.Possess strong self-management skills, including problem-solving and effective communication.Experience working in Agile environments is essential.Key responsibilities include:Designing and delivering high-performance Salesforce solutions using Salesforce and other connected technologies.Providing technical specifications and maintaining documentation for the business.Building efficient and reliable Apex code with best practices.Ensuring security best practices are upheld and promoted.Assisting with release cycles to implement and deploy new/updated applications and code.Benefits of the Role:This position offers an excellent opportunity to grow professionally and pursue interests while making a significant impact on the business.
