This position demands extensive knowledge of dermatology and rheumatology with prior experience supporting clinical trials and collaborating with healthcare professionals.
Core Responsibilities:
* Clinical Trial Facilitation: Identify suitable patients and optimize recruitment strategies for successful trial enrollment.
* Insight Generation and Framework Development: Gather insights from healthcare professionals to streamline patient identification and referral pathways.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Build relationships with healthcare professionals investigators and key opinion leaders in dermatology.
* Global Collaboration: Work across borders to address global clinical trial needs and ensure compliance with international regulations and cultural nuances.
Qualifications and Experience:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as a Medical Science Liaison or in a similar role.
* Strong background in dermatology or rheumatology with experience engaging with dermatologist-focused clinical trial sites and investigators.
* Proven track record of supporting clinical trial enrollment patient identification and site engagement.
* Experience generating insights and developing frameworks to address complex challenges in clinical trial operations.
* Willingness to travel extensively including international travel.
* Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with diverse stakeholders.
