About the Role We are looking for a BI Analyst to own and improve business reporting across fraud, chargebacks, alerts, merchant performance, and operations. This role is focused on dashboards, KPI tracking, reporting consistency, metric definitions, and turning business questions into clear, actionable insights. You will work closely with leadership, operations, product, and engineering to make data easier to understand, easier to trust, and more useful in day-to-day decision-making. Responsibilities Own dashboards, recurring reports, and KPI tracking across core business areas Build and maintain reporting that gives teams clear visibility into fraud, chargebacks, disputes, alerts, and operational performance Write and optimize SQL for reporting, analysis, and data validation Define, document, and improve business metrics so teams are working from consistent numbers Analyze trends, anomalies, and performance changes across key datasets Partner with stakeholders to translate business questions into practical reporting and analysis Improve the usability, accuracy, and trustworthiness of existing reports and dashboards Identify reporting gaps, data inconsistencies, and metric definition issues Create clear visualizations and present findings in a business-friendly way Support self-service reporting and help teams use data more effectively Requirements Strong SQL skills Experience building and maintaining dashboards and recurring business reporting Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills Ability to translate ambiguous business questions into clear metrics, reporting, and analysis Experience working with productio
