Overview General Job Description Under general guidance performs the following activities: Responsibilities listed below describe the role and its expectations for pharma quality, warehouse compliance, and process improvement. Responsibilities Responsible for ensuring the quality of products and services in the Pharma operation and for maintaining the warehouse within the current legislation. Monitor temperature, humidity and pest control in areas exclusive to pharmaceutical products. Manage supplies and resources, control disposal of pharmaceutical products and materials. Suggest a change in processes to meet the requirements of health surveillance. Ensure the quality of medicines at the entrance, storage and exit of products. Establish storage criteria with an exclusive area for medicines and issue reports, opinions and reports. Assemble and train staff for the Pharma operation and monitor operational processes for handling Pharma products. Know the current legislation for storage and movement of medicines in general and guide the team in complying with the rules. Keep all Federal Authorizations, State and Municipal Licenses updated. May be required to perform other duties as assigned. Minimum Requirements Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in pharmacy. Active registration from CRF. Minimum experience: Two (2) years' experience Pharmaceutical Logistics and labeling / packaging processes. Minimum skills required: Accuracy & Attention to Detail. Microsoft Office & PC Skills. Planning & Organizing Skills. Interpersonal Skills. Problem Solving Skills. Writing and verbal communication skills. Ability to plan and monitor indicators.
