Job Title: Digital Asset Specialist
A digital asset specialist plays a crucial role in managing and organizing large-scale digital libraries. This individual is responsible for creating and applying consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards to ensure the integrity and scalability of digital assets.
* The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of metadata models, taxonomy structures, and controlled vocabularies.
* Experience with enterprise digital asset management (DAM) platforms such as AEM is highly desirable.
* A good quality assurance mindset with experience providing human-in-the-loop support alongside AI tagging tools is essential.
* The ability to train and onboard teams on how to use and maintain structured DAM systems is also required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Organize and manage large volumes of digital assets
* Create and apply consistent folder structures, naming conventions, and tagging standards
* Ensure the integrity and scalability of digital assets
* Provide human-in-the-loop support alongside AI tagging tools
* Train and onboard teams on how to use and maintain structured DAM systems
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in project management, communications, computational linguistics, or 3 years of experience in a similar line of work
* 3+ years of program or project management experience
* Experience with training data creation for AI prompt development
* 3+ years of experience in managing an extensive digital asset library
* Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
* Ability to teach/train content governance and DAM operational policies
* Strong problem-solving skills and a service mindset
