Backend Developer Job
This is a pleno position for a skilled professional to collaborate with data scientists and machine learning engineers.
* The successful candidate will design, implement, maintain, improve, and document backend systems (Python, FastAPI) for machine learning features.
* A high level of proficiency in managing and optimizing databases (Postgres, MongoDB, Milvus) for application storage is required.
* We are looking for someone who can improve observability and reliability for distributed, asynchronous workloads (structured logging, metrics, retry/backoff strategies, traces).
* The ideal candidate should be able to help maintain and orchestrate containerized development workflows (uv, Docker, Docker Compose, Kubernetes) and CI checks.
* Raising the bar for testing (unit + integration) to ensure high code quality and reliability is essential for this role.
