OverviewBusiness Developer - Last Mile Partners, AMZL EDSP (External Delivery Service Provider)Amazon’s transportation teams work to ensure the delivery packages globally for customers around the world. EDSPs are third-party operated Delivery Stations that use Amazon tools and technology to deliver Amazon packages in different regions of the country. There are currently 38 operational EDSP nodes in Brazil operated by 5 partners; the 2024 plan is to reach 92 nodes with at least 10 partners. The EDSP Business Developer is responsible for hunting new partners and guiding the onboarding process until new EDSPs are launched. We expect team members to identify opportunities to continually improve operations.Key job responsibilitiesManage the onboarding process of new EDSPs until their launch.Partner with Purchasing and Program Management Teams on identifying and developing potential new partners, seeking opportunities for volume increase and cost reduction for AMZL.Partner with PMO on launch planning per task and stakeholder, assuring the committed timing and cost.Work on continuous improvement initiatives, including benchmarks with other geos.BASIC QUALIFICATIONSBachelor\'s degree or equivalentSpeak, write, and read fluently in EnglishKnowledge of Microsoft Excel at an advanced level, including: pivot tables, macros, index/match, vlookup, VBA, data links, etc.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience in Logistics and Transportation.Experience in Project Management.DescriptionOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
