You will oversee interpretation projects and engage with clients via email, phone calls, or messaging apps to understand their requirements.
Key responsibilities involve project coordination, client communication, the temporary hiring of specialized translators based on client needs, and managing multiple projects concurrently.
Projects may be short-term or long-term spanning weeks or months, requiring you to identify suitable colleagues based on relevant time zones or regions for the project.
A bachelor's degree in a related field and proficiency in English are essential. Additional language skills are a valuable asset. Experience with similar CRM systems is also necessary.
