This position involves designing, developing and implementing advanced IT service management solutions utilizing ServiceNow.
Main Responsibilities:
 * Create comprehensive ServiceNow ITOM configurations including CMDB, Discovery and Service Mapping to drive business value.
 * Develop expertise in configuring and customizing various ServiceNow applications and modules to meet complex business needs.
 * Lead the development of integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, ensuring seamless data exchange and improved operational efficiency.
 * Collaborate closely with stakeholders to identify requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.
 * Mentor junior developers, providing guidance and support to help them grow professionally.
 * Evaluate and implement solutions that leverage ServiceNow's out-of-the-box features, minimizing the need for customizations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
 * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related field.
 * 5-7 years of experience in ServiceNow development, focusing on ITOM.
 * In-depth knowledge of CMDB, CSDM, Discovery, Service Mapping and Integrations.
 * Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Glide API, REST/SOAP integrations and ServiceNow scripting.
 * Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Additional Requirements
 * A strong understanding of AI, Virtual Agent, Robot Process Automation (RPA) concepts and their application in IT service management.
