About the Job

We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Sales and Business Development Representative to join our team. This role focuses on developing new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

* Business Development and Lead Generation
* Sales Strategy and Execution
* Client Relationship Management
* Market Representation and Brand Promotion
* Reporting and Administration

Qualifications:

* Proven experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or a similar role with a focus on professional services, accounting, or finance preferred.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage and build rapport over the phone or video call.
* Strong persuasive and negotiation skills.
* Strong ability to research and identify opportunities, analyze market trends, and develop targeted outreach strategies.
* Remote Work Experience: Previous success in a remote role, with the ability to manage time, priorities, and communication effectively without direct supervision.
* Comfortable leveraging digital tools such as Slack, Zoom, and marketing automation software to optimize sales efforts.
* CRM Proficiency: Hands-on experience using CRM software (e.g., Pipedrive, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) for managing leads, tracking sales activities, and analyzing performance.
* Goal-oriented mindset with the ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
* Self-Starter: Highly motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability for results.
* Positive attitude and self-motivated approach to work.
* Relationship Builder: Strong interpersonal skills with a proven ability to establish trust, foster loyalty, and build long-term relationships.
* Adaptable and Resilient: Capable of thriving in a dynamic environment and overcoming challenges with a positive attitude.
* Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Willingness to learn and adapt to changing processes and strategies.

Work Arrangements:

Location: Remote

Monday – Friday 9-5 PM PST (8 hours per day)

90-day probationary period as PT (4 hours per day)

System Requirements:

* At least 20mbps for main internet and at least 10mbps for backup.
* A desktop or laptop that has an i5 processor with at least 8 GB RAM and an i3 processor for backup.
* Note: Back-ups should still be able to function when there is a power interruption.
* A webcam.
* Noise-canceling USB Headset.
* Quiet, Dedicated Home Office.
