Unlock the Power of Generative AI

As a Customer Success Engineer, you will play a crucial role in helping clients achieve success with our cutting-edge generative AI infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the forefront of innovation and make a real impact on the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide new users through onboarding and setup, ensuring they get the most out of our platform.
• Document technical learnings and solutions derived from real customer interactions, transforming them into actionable knowledge for both internal teams and external users.
• Create and maintain documentation, tutorials, and sample projects that showcase the capabilities of our platform.
• Provide top-notch technical support via various channels, helping users troubleshoot and resolve issues quickly.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to debug production issues and prioritize fixes.
• Help users architect scalable and efficient deployments using our platform.

Qualifications:

• At least 2 years of experience in a developer-facing or technical support role (Customer Success, Solutions Engineering, etc.).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Experience working with open-source generative AI models, including familiarity with Kubernetes and cloud infrastructure.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, as well as proficiency in Python and LLM ecosystems (e.g., Hugging Face, LangChain).
• Experience working with APIs, CLI tools, and deployment workflows, along with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly and concisely.
