IT Desktop Support Technician (Onsite – Brazil)
Location: Hortolândia
Site: Rodovia SP 101, Campinas–Monte Mor, Km 9, Condomínio Techtown
Schedule: Monday to Friday (5 days onsite)

We are hiring an experienced IT Desktop Support Technician to provide onsite infrastructure and end-user support. This role requires hands-on expertise in troubleshooting, hardware support, and smart hands activities in a corporate environment.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide desk-side support & PC break/fix services
* Troubleshoot hardware, software, and OS issues
* Install and support desktops, laptops, printers & peripherals
* Perform desktop imaging & application installation
* Resolve Outlook and email-related issues
* Support conference room setups and AV equipment
* Deliver smart hands support for networking and IT hardware
* Troubleshoot network connectivity & cabling issues
* Work on incident management, problem management & root cause analysis
* Manage and update tickets via tools like ServiceNow / Remedy
Technical Skills Required:
* Strong experience in IT infrastructure field support (3–5 years)
* Knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, RDP
* Basic understanding of LAN/WAN environments
* Experience with routers, switches, firewalls & network devices
* Familiarity with Windows OS / Mac / Linux (preferred)
* Hands-on experience with printers & peripheral troubleshooting
