About the Role:

* This is a full-cycle recruitment position, encompassing search, technical evaluation, negotiation, and selection skills.
* You will work closely with our business development professionals and clients to deliver quality technology resources.
* Your primary responsibility will be to source, screen, and present suitable candidates for both contract and permanent placement opportunities.
* You will also create job descriptions, post jobs on relevant platforms, and network with potential candidates.
* Additionally, you will participate in candidate presentations to prospective clients and prepare reports on your activities and results.

Requirements and Qualifications:

* A minimum of 5 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 3 years in direct headhunting for permanent and contract technology candidates.
* Proven technical evaluation skills, with the ability to assess candidates' technical skills thoroughly.
* Strong networking and relationship-building skills, with excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
* Experience working with CRM or ATS systems, as well as MS Word and LinkedIn Recruiter, is highly desirable.
* A strong understanding of the U.S. or Canadian markets, along with sales experience and client relationship skills, is required.
