Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist based in Brazil.
This position serves as a strategic liaison between our Client and Randstad, requiring strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles. Key responsibilities include:
* Acting as the primary point of contact between Google and RSR, ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
* Overseeing the performance of the recruitment delivery team, ensuring all SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
* Analyzing operational data and identifying trends to proactively solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
* Influencing and guiding the team toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining a high standard of client satisfaction.
* Presenting insights, updates, and reports to both internal and client-side leadership in a confident and compelling manner.
