About the Role
1. Administer and maintain a scalable Salesforce environment, ensuring data integrity, system stability, and optimal performance.
2. Configure and customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, page layouts, and other settings to meet business requirements.
3. Develop and maintain Salesforce Flows, reports, and dashboards to drive business insights and decision-making.
4. Design and implement new features or system enhancements to improve user experience and productivity.
This role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, manage integrations between Salesforce and third-party platforms, conduct testing, troubleshooting, and documentation. Additionally, you will be responsible for monitoring user accounts, roles, permissions, and security settings, as well as staying current with Salesforce releases and best practices.
