Operational Excellence Lead
The primary objective of this role is to drive continuous improvement initiatives across various business operations.
* Deliver timely and actionable insights to senior leadership.
* Develop and implement strategies to ensure optimal account performance.
* Conduct regular assessments with Account Managers and other departments to ensure service level agreement compliance.
* Monitor daily productivity against defined standards.
* Perform audit checks on client-defined compliance requirements.
* Strong knowledge of business operations and service delivery models.
* Proficiency in process mapping tools and data analysis (Excel, Power BI).
* Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
