Senior Oracle Project Manager – Oracle ERP & Legacy Ecosystems We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead complex, high-impact initiatives across Oracle ecosystems and legacy systems. This PM is focused on managing strategic improvement programs, regulatory adaptations (including Brazilian Tax Reform), system updates, enhancements, testing cycles, and the delivery of new functionalities in enterprise environments. Required Experience & Qualifications Proven experience as a Senior Project Manager in complex enterprise IT environments. Strong background managing projects within Oracle ecosystems (Oracle EBS ERP and related solutions) and legacy systems. Solid experience leading large-scale improvements, regulatory compliance initiatives, system upgrades, and testing programs. Demonstrated ability to manage complex stakeholder landscapes and executive-level communication. Strong understanding of end-to-end systems integration and dependency management. Experience in environments with high regulatory and operational complexity. Excellent leadership, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
