IT Support Professional

About the Role
This role involves providing timely troubleshooting and resolution for Windows, macOS, and mobile devices. You will also be responsible for managing user accounts, permissions, and access controls across various SaaS platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, and networks.
* Provide first-level technical support for internal IT requests.
* Manage user accounts, permissions, and access controls across Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, and other SaaS platforms.
* Deploy and integrate new productivity and collaboration tools.
* Monitor and maintain endpoint security.
* Assist with cloud infrastructure management, data backup, and disaster recovery planning.
* Conduct regular software updates, security patching, and vulnerability assessments.
