While this is optional, candidates who provide a video presentation will be given priority.Job Summary:We seek an experienced and highly motivatedVirtual Marketplace Manager to lead and optimize our presence across online 3P marketplaces such as Amazon, Walmart, and eBay. This role manages product listings, drives revenue growth, and improves customer experience across all marketplace platforms.Key Responsibilities:Manage end-to-end operations of e-commerce marketplaces, including product listing, pricing, promotions,inventory, and fulfillment.Analyze performance metrics and KPIs to optimize sales, profitability, and conversion rates.Develop and execute marketplace strategies to drive growth and improve brand visibility.Oversee the creation and optimization of product content, including titles, descriptions, images, andkeywords.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, customer service, and supply chain) toensure alignment and seamless operations.Monitor customer reviews and competitor activity to identify opportunities and risks.Implement best practices for SEO and paid media strategies on marketplace platforms.Handle marketplace compliance, returns, and customer service escalations.Stay current with platform updates, policies, and industry trends.Create and manage data feeds to marketplaces from ChannelAdvisor software to ensure accurate productdata.Reporting:Produce comprehensive reports on product sales, sessions, page views, sales trends, and seasonality,providing actionable insights and informing future decisionsConduct in-depth analysis of Amazon Business Reports, including detailed page sales and traffic, to identifytrends and areas for improvement.Assist in creating weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales and ad reporting.Requirements:Fluent or advanced proficiency in English+2 years of experience managing e-commerce marketplaces, preferably in consumer products or retail environment.Hands-on experience with Amazon Seller Central. Otherplatforms like Walmart Marketplace, eBay, etc. are a plusStrong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel, data analysis tools, and reporting dashboards.Excellent problem-solving skills and hands-on attitude.As a plus:Familiarity with marketplace ad tools such as Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect, etc.Experience with ERP and e-commerce tools (e.g., ChannelAdvisor, Shopify, etc.).Prior experience with larger, bulkier products is preferred but not required.Time zone and working hours:Monday to Friday 8 am to 5 pm CSTCompensation:1,500 - 2,000 usd/monthPerks:-10 days of PTO a year-US & local holidays-Join a solid company with 20 years of success, offering stability and growth opportunities!If this opportunity sounds good to you, send us your resume!
