As an Account Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for multiple assigned accounts, overseeing the growth and development of business from onboarding through to long-term partnership.
Your expertise will be essential in providing support and facilitating the adaptation of our clients to our platform. Your primary objective will be to identify revenue-generating opportunities and deliver exceptional service to ensure our partners' confidence in us.

* Providing daily support to all accounts via the Digistore24 platform, including introductions to new features, issue resolution, and addressing concerns
* Fostering continued business by nurturing relationships and delivering unparalleled value
* Communicating quickly and clearly with clients via chat or video call, ensuring prompt issue resolution and follow-up
* Working independently and collaboratively with team members across various departments to achieve account satisfaction and meet performance targets
* Daily task tracking and weekly performance reporting against assigned Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
* Ongoing self-education to stay up-to-date with industry knowledge and platform features
