We are searching for the best talent for **LATAM IT Application Maintenance lead **to be in **São José dos Campos or São Paulo (Brazil), Bogotá (Colombia) or Mexico City (Mexico)**
**Responsibilities**:
- Participate in respective service operation meetings (P1, P2 incidents)-related topics to ensure plan and closure are shared with partners;
- Handle customer issues and coordinate resolution efforts with key partners (internal and external) by multi-functionally to ensure issue ownership, action items, and communications are fulfilled;
- Reduce issue volume by leading improvements plans - monitoring and developing dashboards to proactively monitor trends and use data to work with other TS Service Owners to meet expectations and/or optimize productivity;
- Manage SAP Basis Service operations across LATAM teams;
- Respond to user inquiries and support requests in a timely and professional manner, providing assistance and troubleshooting guidance as needed;
- Collaborate with multi-functional teams;

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in the field of Information Technology, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
- Expertise in ITIL processes (incident management, change, problem, release management) is required
- Proficiency in English language.
