 
        
        Talent Acquisition Strategist
We seek a senior-level talent acquisition professional to join our team in Brazil. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills, operational insight, and leadership capabilities.
The ideal candidate will have a background in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with a focus on recruitment and proven experience in client-facing roles.
 * Act as the primary point of contact between clients and our team, ensuring delivery of high-quality recruitment services.
 * Built and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, offering strategic consulting and data-driven recommendations.
 * Oversee performance of recruitment delivery team, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are consistently met.
 * Analyze operational data and identify trends to solve issues and drive improvements in recruiting processes.
 * Influence and guide teams toward achieving delivery goals and maintaining client satisfaction.
 * Presents insights, updates, and reports to internal and client-side leadership.
 * Minimum 5 years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or HR roles with emphasis on talent acquisition.
 * Previous experience in staffing, RPO, or talent consulting firms, especially in client-facing or manager-facing roles.
 * Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, engaging with senior leadership and clients.
 * Native Portuguese, fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
 * Strong attention to detail, critical thinking, and self-assured presence.
 * Ability to analyze challenges, identify risks/opportunities, and implement strategic solutions.
 * Proven ability to lead or influence recruitment teams toward high performance and successful delivery.
