Overview
Experienced Recruiter for the Swedish IT industry. The role focuses on attracting engineers to work in Sweden and supporting relocation as needed. You will collaborate with a global team of recruiters and a Swedish delivery management team to facilitate visas, work permits, housing, and related arrangements.
Responsibilities
* Identify and engage engineers ready to embark on a career move to Sweden.
* Build trust with suitable candidates and inform them about the benefits of living and working in Sweden.
* Coordinate with a global team of recruiters and with the executive management team in Sweden.
* Work with the Swedish delivery management team to handle relocation-related practicalities (visa, permits, housing, travel).
* Ensure a smooth relocation process so that employees can start their roles with minimal friction.
* Collaborate with clients in software development, R&D, cyber security, automotive, embedded systems, telecommunications, online solutions, and application development.
* Plan and execute recruitment activities in collaboration with colleagues across Albania, Argentina, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brazil, Colombia, Hungary, Kenya, North Macedonia, Sweden, Turkey, Ukraine, Venezuela, and Vietnam.
Qualifications
* At least 5 years of professional experience from recruitment in the IT sector, or similar technical experience.
* A solid and proven network of local IT engineering talent.
* Extremely service oriented with a flexible mindset to find the best solution for the challenge at hand.
* High quality and brand awareness.
* Understanding or interest in headhunting and IT outstaffing/outsourcing.
* Upper-intermediate English.
* Knowledge of contemporary IT technologies and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
* Analytical, well organized with attention to detail and the ability to identify and fulfill recruitment requests.
* Self-confident, social, friendly, and highly motivated.
* Resilient and able to handle rejection while maintaining motivation.
* Passionate about success with an executive yet relaxed attitude toward work, colleagues, and customers.
* Responsive and responsible with a professional appearance.
Extent & Duration
* Start ASAP.
* Full time.
* Long-term contract as a Private Entrepreneur.
* Minimum 12 months.
* Eight hours of work per day, Monday to Friday.
* Overtime compensation 1:1 as flex.
* Location: Remote work or from a co-location center of your choice.
Remuneration
* Remuneration starting at 1200 USD, plus remittance fees and taxes.
* Paid national holidays with maintained payment.
* 20 paid vacation days.
* Paid travels, housing, and per diem.
