A Little Bit About Our Team
Our Marketing & Artist Strategy team is dedicated to creating campaigns and promotional plans for innovative and dynamic entertainment projects.
We collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve clear and ambitious goals. We are a creative and constantly evolving team, always committed to teamwork and new ideas.
Your Role
The Manager, Artist Relations & Strategy for Warner Music South Cone will be responsible to oversee day-to-day marketing and project management for our developing artists. Our rockstar candidate must be able to work on multiple projects simultaneously and is responsible for all marketing activity, including audience development initiatives and long‑term projects.
Here You’ll Get To

Lead the planning and day-to-day execution for both new and established artists, making sure every release has a clear strategy and a solid timeline.
Act as the main contact for artists and managers, working together to set realistic goals and build marketing plans that actually make sense for their brand.
Collaborate with our Marketing Services and Digital teams, giving them the info they need to execute high-impact campaigns on social media and streaming platforms.
Drive innovation by trying out new marketing tactics and helping the team build better ways to launch and promote music.
Execute the business side of your projects, which includes managing budgets, coordinating contracts with the Legal team, and keeping A&R and Finance in the loop.
Keep a close eye on the artist’s digital presence, making sure their profiles on Spotify, TikTok, and Instagram are updated and look great.
Track the numbers, analyzing how campaigns are performing and where we are on the charts so we can adjust our plans in real-time.
Be on the ground for key events, video shoots, and promo trips, ensuring everything runs smoothly for the artist.

About You

You have 5+ years of experience in marketing, PR, or artist strategy roles within the music or entertainment industry.
You are a bilingual communicator, fully fluent in both English and Spanish, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
You have a proven track record of managing multiple complex projects simultaneously under tight deadlines without losing your creative spark.
You are a digital native, deeply familiar with social media trends, streaming platforms, and modern audience development strategies.
You are a relationship builder who thrives on establishing trust with artists, managers, and internal cross-functional teams.
You enjoy being proactive and taking ownership of your projects, using data and market trends to solve problems and drive results.
You are passionate about entertainment culture and have the flexibility to travel and attend events as needed.

We’d Love It If You Also Had

Advanced skills in data visualization and creating high-impact pitch decks for internal and external stakeholders.
Experience in digital advertising (Meta, Google, TikTok Ads) and understanding audience engagement metrics.
A background in talent negotiation or coordinating complex artistic collaborations and brand partnerships.
