About the Job:
* Build and maintain strategic relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and growth.

Key Requirements:
* A minimum of 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in an agency or digital/SaaS environment.
* Excellent communication skills in English and Vietnamese.
* A strong understanding of the digital ecosystem, including paid media, CRM, automation, SEO, analytics, and more.
* A data-driven mindset with the ability to extract insights and translate them into strategic actions.
* Strong time management and multitasking capabilities.
