As a key player in our organization, you will be responsible for supporting the design and delivery of ICT solutions to our customers. Your primary focus will be on understanding the capabilities of data center or core network white rooms, identifying customer requirements, and developing matching solutions. Your key responsibilities will include: * Possessing the ability to understand data center or core network white room capabilities of telecom operators, identify main scenarios of customer Data Centers requirements, and develop matching Data Centers solutions. * Assisting the sales team in early expansion, finding new sales opportunities for telecom operator Data Centers integration services, expanding market space, and achieving order/revenue targets. * Acting as the main solution interface for customers in projects, ensuring good customer satisfaction, developing customer relationships, showcasing latest Data Centers products and service solutions, and being responsible for end-to-end integration service expansion and delivery, forming orders and driving revenue triggers. * Communicating with customer CTO/CIO/CMO, understanding customer key KPIs, analyzing customer pain points or requirements, aligning customer requirements with internal organization to carry out matching work, supporting customer business success, and supporting data center industry development.
