 
        
        **Job Overview:** We are seeking a skilled IT Support Analyst to provide remote computer and IT system support to employees.
This position requires excellent customer service and problem-solving skills, with a process-oriented mindset. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing issues, formulating solutions, and ensuring customers are updated on ticket progress.
 * The ideal candidate will have experience working in a mixed Mac and Windows environment and knowledge delivering IT solutions within a corporate setting.
Key Responsibilities:
 * Troubleshoot system, application, and hardware issues
 * Work remotely with customers to solve problems
 * Utilize internal IT Knowledge Base to provide and find solutions to known issues
 * Research and resolve issues using external information
 * Update the ticket tracking system with status and fixes
 * Properly escalate issues to necessary parties as required
**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
 * Associate's Degree student in Information Systems or equivalent program
 * Knowledge of delivering IT solutions within a corporate environment
 * Experience working in a mixed Mac and Windows environment
 * Desired skills: experience in advertising and/or marketing industry, centrally managed computer environments, A/V environments support
