We are on the lookout for an experienced professional to join our team as an Account and Relations Manager. As a key member of our Commercial department, you will play a crucial role in establishing and building key partnerships for our Publishing division.
This exciting opportunity offers the chance to work with colleagues across departments and acquire a broad insight into various commercial activities. You will be responsible for managing a base of some of our most important partnerships in the Brazilian market, working closely with local stakeholders to optimize partner prioritization and uncover new revenue opportunities.
Responsibilities:
* Establish and build key partnerships for our Publishing division
* Negotiate and optimize commercial terms, ensuring alignment with company strategy
* Develop and maintain strong relations with commercial partners
* Regular travel required to meet with partners and attend industry conferences
Requirements:
* Relevant commercial or marketing experience, ideally in iGaming
* Digital marketing knowledge, preferably in Affiliate
* Solid understanding of the iGaming industry
* Proven track record in sales and relationship/account management
* Knowledge of different commercial models (CPA / CPL / CPM / Revenue Share)
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Strong analytical skills with a commercially strategic mindset
* Highly organized, self-driven, and proactive, with the ability to work under pressure
* Portuguese native language skills
* Fluency in English is essential
