Product Design Lead

You will have a foundational role in shaping the product from concept to prototype, helping bring to life a tool that will transform how doctors communicate with each other and with patients.
About the Opportunity
* You'll work closely with the founding team to build an interactive prototype that sets the direction for future development.
* Collaborate directly with the client's founders (clinicians) to understand their workflow, pain points, and goals.
* Translate early concepts and requirements into user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity interactive prototypes.
* Lead founders through the end-to-end product design process — from research through prototyping.
Key Responsibilities
* Iterate designs based on feedback from medical professionals and internal stakeholders.
* Build the design foundation for future product development, including design systems and component libraries.
* Communicate design rationale clearly to both non-technical founders and technical teams.
Requirements
* Based in Brazil (CNPJ required) and advanced/fluent in English.
* 5+ years of experience in UX/UI or product design, with a strong portfolio of interactive web/mobile prototypes who thrives in ambiguity and iteration.
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract or clinical problems into elegant design solutions.
* Proficiency with advanced prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, Origami, etc).
* Excellent collaboration and communication skills, especially with non-technical stakeholders.
Bonus Points For
* Having Engineering experience developing SaaS applications.
* Having engineering/product leadership experience.
* Knowledge of design for communication tools or messaging apps.
* Experience working with healthcare-related platforms.
