About the Account Manager Role:
We are seeking an experienced Account Manager to join our team in Brazil. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for owning overall relationships with customers, identifying key stakeholders and building strong relationships.
Key responsibilities include enabling successful and consistent communication to maintain existing revenue, as well as identifying and executing on new growth opportunities with customers in support of the Sales team. You will also act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, addressing any issues or concerns in a timely and effective manner.
About You:
* You have 3+ years of experience in Account Management, Sales, or related customer-facing position within a rapidly growing startup.
* You possess a genuine commitment to understanding and exceeding customer needs, consistently prioritizing their satisfaction and success.
* You have a demonstrable track record of high performance and success.
* You possess strong communication and presentation skills.
* You are able to think strategically, problem solve, and effectively prioritize work and initiatives in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment.
* You are self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for exceeding goals and a willingness to go the extra mile.
