**R&D Analyst**:
As a constantly growing company, Danfoss is looking for motivated employees who want to work with us on our success.
We are seeking a R&D Analyst to join our diverse team in Caxias do Sul/RS.
**Responsibilities**:
Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to, the following.
- Independently solves design tasks and proposes solutions for new products.
- Prepares designs, specifications, analysis and recommendations for development of new products.
- Proposes improvements to the features, function and quality of parts and the whole product.
- Performs editing of documentation based on approved changes by the Change Board.
- Collaborates with engineers or other personnel to implement operating procedures, resolve system malfunctions or provide technical information.
- Prepares background, perform and/or support the DFMEA process.
- Conducts research that tests or analyzes the feasibility, design, operation, or performance of equipment, components or systems.
- Maintains records pertinent to each project in the form of time, sketches, drawings, material specifications.
- Works with the CAE computing specialists for optimization analyzes.
- Keep well informed on new developments in the research and design engineering.
**Background & Skills**:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering (completed or +75% concluded) or advanced course work in areas relevant to product development is required.
- 3+ years of experience working with product design and development and/or engineering research.
- Proficiency in FMEA - Failure mode and Effect Analysis
- Knowledgeable in Hydraulic Design
- Ability to work effectively in a high quality, deadline committed environment.
- Great interpersonal skills and an enthusiastic team player.
- Global mindset and outstanding communication skills.
- Good time management and project management skills to organize and plan effectively in developing systems and processes.
