Responsibilities
### New Demand Management:
#### Lead the intake, evaluation, and prioritization of new demands.
#### Ensure alignment with business objectives and IT strategy. ----------------------------------- ### Continuous Improvement:
#### Drive enhancements in CFIN and PaPM processes and tools.
#### Work with business and IT teams to increase efficiency and value delivery. ----------------------------------- ### Service Introduction & Handover to Operations:
#### Ensure smooth transitions from projects to operations.
#### Coordinate with functional and technical teams to establish proper documentation, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness.
