As a Content Marketing Assistant, you will play a vital role in executing and driving the marketing strategy of our organization.

About This Role
* Main Responsibilities:
* Plan and create engaging social media content (image and video format) for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube.
* Edit videos for our YouTube channel.
* Oversee or execute short-form video edits.
* Write and repurpose blog posts, newsletters, and case studies.
* Monitor content performance and make data-driven improvements.
* Run paid media campaigns (Meta + Google Ads) to boost high-performing content.
* Coordinate our content calendar across formats and channels.
We're Looking for Someone Who:
* Has 2+ years of experience in content marketing, preferably B2B or tech/consulting.
* Can write strong content in English with solid knowledge of social media best practices.
* Has basic video editing skills (CapCut) and experience running paid campaigns on Meta and Google Ads.
* Is curious about AI and excited to explore its business applications.
Bonus Points:
* Experience with tools like Figma and Capcut.
* Familiarity with SEO and YouTube growth.
* Previous experience in tech agencies or creating founder-focused content.
