Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment process—from aligning with managers to the candidate's offer acceptance—using structured tracking and reporting tools.
Execute high-volume recruitment for various vacancies, with multiple different daily activities.
Quickly adapt to constantly changing priorities and workflows while maintaining quality and efficiency.
Ensure a good candidate experience through clear communication, constant feedback, and organized selection processes.
Support client satisfaction with timely and well-executed deliveries.
Preserve the client's employer brand by aligning recruitment practices with company values.
Seek continuous improvements in selection processes by adopting new technologies and tools.
Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's degree.
Experience:
Previous experience in recruitment.
Languages:
Portuguese and English are required.
