Necessary Requirements
Complete higher education in Administration, Human Resources, Accounting, or related fields.
Solid experience in Human Resources.
Experience in payroll reconciliation.
Strong knowledge of labor and social security legislation, as well as related obligations.
Analytical skills and the ability to interpret and correctly apply current legislation.
Excellent communication, organization, and collaborative work skills.
Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Availability to work onsite in São Carlos/SP.
Differentials
Experience with HCM Sênior system.
Proficiency in Excel.
Activities
Manage the full payroll cycle (admission, salary calculations, vacations, 13th salary, and terminations).
Calculate and verify social and labor charges such as INSS, FGTS, IRRF, union contributions, and other taxes.
Review and validate timekeeping and other payment variables (overtime, additional pay, deductions, benefits, etc.).
Generate and review management reports and compliance obligations (eSocial, DCTFWeb).
Ensure timely salary payments and charges, coordinating with relevant entities.
Act as a liaison with accounting, banks, and government agencies.
Analyze and propose process improvements to optimize and reduce risks.
Provide support and clarification to employees and managers on labor and payroll issues.
