We are seeking a Store Operations Specialist to oversee daily store operations, ensure a consistent store image and effective execution of sales activities. This role involves overseeing daily store operations, developing and enforcing store operation standards, leading sales target planning, and managing store teams.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily Store Operations: Oversee daily store operations to ensure a consistent store image, proper merchandising, and effective execution of sales activities.
* Store Operation Standards: Develop, update, and enforce store operation standards across all locations.
* Sales Target Planning: Lead sales target planning, monitor performance, analyze results, and prepare operation and business reports.
* In-Store Promotions: Plan and coordinate in-store promotional and marketing activities, including product launches, seasonal campaigns, and membership events.
* Team Management: Manage store teams: recruitment, scheduling, training, performance evaluation, and motivation.
* Inventory Management: Oversee inventory management to ensure timely replenishment, prevent stock-outs, and avoid overstock.
* Issue Resolution: Resolve daily operational issues and ensure a high-quality shopping experience for customers.
* Market Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and monitor market trends, providing insights and improvement suggestions.
