About the Job
SAP Project Managers are responsible for overseeing technical and functional teams, managing key performance indicators, creating detailed project status reports, and delivering results on time.
They must have experience in leading SAP enhancements projects, upgrades, and rollouts of SAP ECC and S/4 Hana systems, as well as a strong background in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
Global projects and programs with LATAM and other regions are also essential for this role.
Responsibilities:
* Manage KPIs to ensure alignment with organizational goals
* Deliver high-quality project results on time and within budget
* Develop and implement effective project plans and timelines
* Lead cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives
* Collaborate with stakeholders to identify project needs and opportunities
Qualifications:
* 5+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the SAP industry
* Proven track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget
* Strong knowledge of SAP technologies, including ECC and S/4 Hana
* Experience with Agile and Waterfall methodologies
* Excellent communication and leadership skills
