We are building the next generation of real-time solutions for our Risk Management and Portfolio Management teams. This isn’t just maintenance;
you will be part of a small, elite agile squad of technologists tasked with re-engineering how we handle high-throughput, latency-sensitive financial data.
We value the\ "Full Lifecycle Engineer\"—someone who takes pride in owning a feature from the initial whiteboard sketch and requirements gathering through to implementation, automated testing, and production monitoring.
Technical DNA
We are looking for a specialist in the .NET ecosystem who treats performance as a feature, not an afterthought. You should possess:
* Architectural Mastery: A deep obsession with Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, and design patterns. You believe code should be as readable as it is fast.
* Performance Engineering: Real-world experience building Low-Latency/High-Throughput systems. You know how to find bottlenecks using profiling tools and how to mitigate them.
* The Concurrent Mindset: Expertise in TPL (Async/Await) and a deep understanding of thread safety and synchronization. You don't just use lock;
you understand why you're using it.
* Data at Scale: Mastery of SQL Server performance tuning, from execution plans to index optimization, ensuring our data layer scales with our ambitions.
The Toolkit (Must-Haves)
* Core: C# / .NET 8 (or ASP.NET Core)
* Patterns: Clean Architecture, DI/IoC (Autofac/Microsoft), Domain-Driven Design (DDD).
* Data: SQL Server, T-SQL, Stored Procedures, and Query Tuning.
* Infrastructure: Distributed Systems, Microservices, and Cloud-native design.
* Reliability: Monitoring & Observability (App Insights/Prometheus), Memory Management (GC Tuning).
* Operations: Full SDLC ownership, including CI/CD and Production Support.
