Stock Associate Job Summary
The Stock Keeper plays a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our back-of-house processes, working closely with Store Management and Retail Operations to maintain compliance with company procedures and optimize stock management.
Main Responsibilities:
* Manage stock levels to maximize productivity and efficiency.
* Have a thorough understanding of all shipping and receiving procedures, including required paperwork.
* Receive merchandise directly from vendors, handle inter-store transfers, and manage damages.
* Maintain accurate shipment records and adhere to loss prevention standards.
Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in retail operations.
* Proven track record of managing luxury retail stock rooms.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
* Ability to work varied hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
