About This Role:

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction through effective account management.

This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your sales expertise and build strong relationships with existing customers, identifying new business opportunities and driving client retention and renewals.

* Develop and execute account plans to achieve revenue growth and customer satisfaction goals.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at existing customer accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
* Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts, using your knowledge of customer needs and complex sales projects.

Key Responsibilities:


Account Management

* Conduct regular account reviews, providing insightful business reviews to customers and working closely with other departments to support customer success.
* Negotiate and close deals effectively, managing the entire sales cycle from lead qualification to contract negotiation and customer onboarding.


Sales and Revenue

* Achieve and exceed assigned sales quotas and revenue targets, leveraging your experience with long sales cycles, request for proposals, and public tenders.
* Drive client retention, renewals, upsells, and cross-sells, gathering market intelligence and sharing insights with the sales team.
