Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Technical Service Analyst to join our team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain positive relationships with clients to understand their business needs, objectives, and expectations.
* Evaluation and Guidance: Assist in evaluating client business requirements, estimating effort, and guiding clients to utilize standard solutions while maximizing revenue.
* Technical Specifications: Participate in converting client business requirements into detailed technical specifications and present them internally and externally for sign-off.
* Knowledge Management: Gain and maintain knowledge of critical business impact issues from the Service Desk and assist in maintaining client system environments.
* Release Management: Participate in release management between Service Desk, Compliance, and Project teams to ensure code releases do not negatively impact client operations.
* Project Execution: Take part in executing simple project/development work plans and revise them as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
Requirements:
* Experience and Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field, and solid experience in Oracle Database and PL/SQL development.
* Consulting Experience: Previous experience consulting with clients to meet business needs.
* Skills and Qualifications: Experience in requirements gathering, technical design, and technical presentation, as well as advanced English language skills.
