Who We Are Looking For

We're looking for an Account Executive with an analytical mindset and a strong interest in performance and creativity. Someone who is self-driven, organized, and eager to grow in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys both operational and analytical tasks and wants to develop their career in the marketing and advertising industry.

What You'll Do


* Manage and follow up on client requests, showing autonomy throughout the entire process.
* Act as a liaison between the client and the creative team, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of projects.
* Identify client needs and proactively suggest improvements to optimize workflows.
* Perform a mix of operational and analytical tasks, including analysis of social media and Google performance metrics.

What you'll need

* 2 to 3 years of experience in a media or creative agency.
* Educational background in Advertising, Communication, Marketing, or Digital Marketing.
* Strong analytical skills and an interest in performance-oriented roles.
* Ability to work independently with a problem-solving mindset.
* Methodical and detail-oriented, with a strong sense of responsibility for meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work.
* Analytical mindset to understand campaign performance and confidently communicate results to clients.
