Customer Experience Coordinator
We are seeking a skilled and organized Customer Experience Coordinator to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, ensuring every interaction ends with a positive experience.
Key Responsibilities:
* Exceed customer expectations by providing proactive support
* Manage customer communications, ensuring smooth interactions and friendly tone
* Schedule and coordinate installations, maintaining a seamless process
* Notify customers of their time windows and keep everyone informed
* Dispatch routes and job assignments to technicians daily
* Communicate with technicians regarding ETA updates and relay real-time information to customers
* Respond to customer emails and assist with incoming calls as needed
* Resolve escalated situations with confidence and empathy
The ideal candidate will possess:
* 3+ years of experience in customer-facing roles (field-service coordination is a plus)
* Advanced English fluency (C1 or C2 level): confident in verbal and written communication
* Ability to prioritize tasks effectively while maintaining a positive attitude
* Independence and high responsibility: proactive and self-motivated
