As System Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for all miners in dependent sites and their maintenance. You will coordinate and lead repair tasks to ensure plants are always at optimal readiness points. An internal client-supplier relationship will be built with operative mining teams based on mutual collaboration and excellence.
* Develop and manage planning to maintain optimal inventory levels.
* Support the team in ensuring the availability of raw materials, spare parts, spare equipment, consumables, and components to support uninterrupted production.
* Lab site management: define required investments to align with business strategy and needs.
* Develop and implement efficient maintenance and repair strategies aiming for highest available hashrate for sites.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives. Keep technical information updated.
* Oversee daily production operations, ensuring adherence to quality, safety, and environmental standards.
* Lead, inspire, and develop a high-performing team.
* Promote a culture of safety, collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
* Local relay for onsite colleagues or remote ones helping them achieve their goals.
* A technical-oriented bachelor's degree or equivalent is preferred. Minimum 5+ years' experience with proven track records of similar positions is required. Electronics service background is an asset.
* Fluency in English and Portuguese is must. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
