Sales Manager Job Description
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive growth across LATAM.
* Manage and grow key accounts across LATAM, fostering senior-level relationships with brand owners, CDMOs/contract manufacturers, and distributors.
* Develop and execute country- and segment-level territory plans to capture new business.
* Presentation of nutraceutical ingredients to customers, clearly articulating benefits, applications, and go-to-market plans.
* Collaboration with technical, regulatory, and marketing teams to deliver tailored solutions and product launches.
* Monitoring market trends and competitor activity to identify white space and protect share.
* Meeting and exceeding quarterly/annual sales targets with accurate forecasting and disciplined CRM hygiene.
* Representation of the company at regional trade shows, conferences, and industry events.
* Technical/product support to customers in coordination with internal teams.
* Maintenance of up-to-date knowledge of regional regulations and standards (e.g., ANVISA, COFEPRIS, INVIMA).
