About this role
* We are seeking an Associate UI/UX Designer to join our team.
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and iterating on user interfaces for our products. This includes creating wireframes, mockups, and polished UIs in Figma. You will work closely with product and engineering teams to bring features to life and improve usability and user experience based on real feedback.
This is a hands-on role best suited for recent grads or early-career designers who are ready to dive into real product work. We value collaboration, simplicity, autonomy, and great design.
The ideal candidate has some hands-on experience with UI/UX (freelance, bootcamp, projects) and a solid grasp of design fundamentals. They are proficient in English and have strong communication skills. They are also comfortable with Figma and can learn new tools quickly.
What You'll Be Doing:
* Design and iterate on user interfaces for our products

Requirements:
* Proficient in English - accents are welcome, but strong communication is essential
* Know how to use Figma confidently
* Have some hands-on experience with UI/UX (freelance, bootcamp, projects) and a solid grasp of design fundamentals
* Be adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment
