We're seeking a Regional Sales Representative to join our team in the Western and Southern US States. In this role, you'll play a pivotal part in expanding our client base and strengthening relationships with existing clients. Success in this position requires the ability to cultivate executive relationships, articulate our value proposition, drive thought leadership, and provide strategic solutions that address our clients' needs while advancing Mouts' growth objectives.
Occasional travel will be necessary for client meetings, team gatherings, and industry events.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead lead generation efforts, manage the sales pipeline, and execute client engagement strategies within a collaborative team environment.
- Develop and maintain accurate client sales plans.
- Demonstrate a deep understanding of client organizational structures and leadership priorities.
- Implement go-to-market strategies to enhance brand awareness among client executives.
- Establish and nurture trusted relationships from mid-management to executive level leadership.
- Drive revenue growth through effective sales initiatives.
- Exhibit responsiveness, accountability, and solution-oriented mindset in client interactions.
- Contribute thought leadership to the sales process and team objectives.

**Qualifications**:
- Minimum of 3 years of information technology industry experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of sales/business development, account management and/or consulting experience with a focus on growth.
- Have a thorough understanding of capabilities, and how they can bring value to our clients, marketplace, and sales interactions.
- Possess an understanding of technology solutions across a broad array of capabilities, including but not limited to:
- Software Architecture and Engineering
- Data and Analytics
- Agile Product Development, Delivery and Leadership
- Management Consulting / Strategic Consulting Services
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education background.
- Experience working with fortune 500 level clients.
- Portuguese - fluent level
Compensation Range
Negotiable based on experience.
