Responsibilities include prospecting and training new real estate partners, presenting product concepts, company values through catalogs or site visits, and achieving sales goals set by RNI.
Maintain detailed market knowledge to stay updated on new products and sales practices.
Record complex customer interactions requiring higher-level service and forward requests to the responsible area.
Participate in company sales campaigns, record all interactions in CRM, and ensure follow-up with clients.
Attend company events and training sessions to enhance skills and results.
Collaborate and participate actively in routine activities to meet individual and team goals.
Provide reports to the Coordination, demonstrating performance and suggesting improvements.
Work with other managers to develop new processes and technologies to improve sales operations.
Maintain updated sales data in RNI's management system.
Requirements: Ensino Médio Completo; knowledge of the real estate market (MCMV); negotiation and sales techniques; Curso Técnico em Transações Imobiliárias - TTI; Pacote Office.
