Job Description
As a Customer Success Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing teaching outcomes and student success by integrating our video solutions into courses at leading universities.
* Conduct daily outreach to professors via calls, emails, and one-on-one demonstrations to set up integrations and increase product utilization.
* Deliver informative sessions across existing customer universities and research institutions to boost adoption rates.
* Present demonstrations at exhibits, conferences, university seminars, workshops, and on-site visits to foster engagement and drive usage.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Professionals with the following qualifications are ideal candidates for this position:
* Master's degree or PhD in Life Sciences
* 1-3 years of experience in customer-facing roles
* Excellent English communication skills
* Knowledge of education trends and challenges in assigned content areas (e.g. Biology, Chemistry, Medicine, Physics, Engineering, or Psychology)
